Mountain Goat Lager
It’s an uncomplicated, anytime sort of beer with a Mountain Goat twist. Thanks to a generous allotment of Australian Galaxy and Ella hops and a painstaking fermentation schedule we’ve landed on this clean, balanced lager. It’s one very enjoyable beer. 
APPEARANCE Pale gold with a dense white head.
AROMA Tropical fruit and floral hop aroma.
FLAVOUR Mild malt sweetness with a crisp, clean finish.

Capital Coast Ale
HERITAGE, COAST ALE IS OUR TAKE ON THE CALIFORNIA COMMON ALE. IT'S FRESH, CRISP AND CLEAN, WITH A RICH MALT BODY, ZINGY HOP BITTERNESS AND SMOOTH ROUNDED FINISH.

Little Creatures Furphy
Furphy Refreshing Ale is a clean and crisp, balanced beer with subtle fruit flavours and aromas. Deep gold in colour and slightly hazy, there’s a subtle maltiness throughout, balanced with a delicate hop character which leads to a pleasantly refreshing, dry finish.

Gage Roads Single Fin
More refreshing than a face full of Freo Doctor, we brew this beer with sun-drenched summer days in mind: light-bodied and chock full of aromatic Galaxy and Enigma hops. Big tropical fruit bowl aroma is balanced by subtle bitterness, and a clean finish.

Hawkes Patio Pale
An easy-drinking pale, delivering a big, floral aroma, with tropical notes of lychee, stone fruit and citrus. Lightly toasted malt and gentle bitterness deliver a clean finish.

James Squire 150 Lashes
A clean-finishing, Australian-style cloudy pale ale for cracking refreshment. Malted wheat adds to its refreshing character and a concoction of hops creates fruity aromas with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit & citrus.

Colonial Pale Ale
The best of all worlds: the perfect pale. Meet the pale ale that makes others pale by comparison. Artfully brewed to sit between traditional American and Australian pale ales, our brewers searched the world for the perfect combination of hops, blending USA favourites with Australia’s heroes to create the perfect pale. The result is a tropical-tinged treat that’s a glowing golden in colour, bursting with tropical fruit aroma & piney resin. Smooth and approachable but packed with aromatic hops, Colonial Pale Ale is brewed to linger on the palate, not overpower it.

Coopers XPA
Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

Stone & Wood Jasper Ale
Paying homage to the hinterland village Federal, once known as Jasper. The tropical fruit aromas of our Northern rivers backyard come from the generous additions of Galaxy, Enigma & Mosaic hops. These are balanced with a smooth and velvety mouthfeel from the selection of roasted malts that give hints of caramel, toffee and hazelnut, finishing with a firm bitterness. Hoppy red ale. Spicy hops. Rich crystal malts. Firm bitterness finish.

Balter Strong Pale Ale
ABV: 5.9% IBU: 45
Wrestle your thirst to the mat, with this Strong Pale Ale. Its smooth malt profile drips with juicy hop notes, and a snappy bitterness that finishes with a firm hand. Flex your flavour muscles and crack open the door to a little bit more. Regular Munich Malt, Medium Crystal and roasted chocolate malt gives Jasper Ale its trademark ruby hue and heavy caramel sweetness. The roasted malt also provides a hit of sharpness that cuts through the caramel flavours. Australian Galaxy and Enigma create a fresh tropical fruit aroma while American Mosaic provides some fresh pine and resinous charactr, with underlying flavours of candied fruit.
